What’s in each delivery?
One new pair of moJJa socks every month, with free shipping across Canada. Choose crew or knee-high above.
When does it ship?
Every month from Toronto by Canada Post. It takes about 10 days to arrive. Your first pair ships in the start month you select.
Can I choose when it starts?
Yes. Choose an available start month on this page before adding your plan to the cart.
Do I get to pick the designs?
No, and that’s the fun part. Every month is a surprise: animals, food, Canadian favourites and more.
Will I get the same design twice?
No. Every pair in your plan is a different design.
What sizes are there?
Adult crew: men’s shoe sizes 7–12 and women’s 6–11. Adult knee-high: men’s 3.5–8.5 and women’s 5–10. Kids crew plans fit ages 1–2, 3–6 and 7–10.
How do I send it as a gift?
Choose “It’s a gift”, select their size and start month, and enter their shipping address at checkout. You can add an optional message to the order.
Does it auto-renew?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase, paid up front, and it never renews on its own.
How do I cancel?
Email info@mojja.ca. Refunds are pro-rated at $12.50 a month.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, to Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and the UK, for a flat $4.95 a month.
What if a pair is lost, damaged or the wrong fit?
We’ll send a replacement. Email info@mojja.ca and a real person will help.
