Can I return or exchange my socks?

Yes, you can return or exchange unused socks in the original packaging and labeling.  moJJa wants you to love your new purchase, but if it is not something you were expecting, then let us know.  We will gladly give you a refund, exchange it with another colour or another style altogether.

How can I return the socks?

You can return the items by mail (you are responsible for the cost of shipping the socks back for full refund and/or exchange).  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Also, it must be in the original packaging and accompanied with proof of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Is there a time period I have to return the socks?

moJJa will provide a full refund on unused socks in the original packaging and labeling within 60 days of the order date.

Can I return or exchange underwear?

For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

When can I expect to receive the refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
